Mr. Cintron, a Port Authority police officer, was among the 2602 people killed in the attacks. Edna Cintron was a secretary working in the World Trade Center on 9/11. She was on the 71st floor of the south tower when the plane hit. Cintron survived the initial impact but was trapped inside the building when it collapsed.
